Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your original Angel Wing painting, refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact me directly so I can guide you through the simple return process.
Because each commissioned or custom-made artwork is uniquely created through meditation and Angelic connection, custom orders are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and I will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item arrived faulty).

Shipping times: Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details when your order has been shipped.
International orders: I am happy to ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
