My journey in creating energy art began quite suddenly — it felt like a sacred stirring from deep within, a call to express something Divine through colour and form. Around that time, I often took gratitude walks in nature, where I felt profoundly connected to God and the Angels. Each step became a meditation — a spiritual walk where I felt One with the Divine Presence. In that beautiful flow, I sensed spiritual energy rising within me, gently guiding me to create and express what could not be spoken, only felt.

Decades earlier, my path began with a journey of self-healing from panic attacks. Over the years, as I healed, I felt called to help others through energy healing. After completing my healer and teacher training, I began practicing and teaching energy healing and guiding group meditation classes. For many years, I’ve worked with healing energy, but more recently this connection has deepened — I feel a powerful, loving presence of spiritual and Angelic energy flowing through me, especially during meditation.

In that high vibration of love, I often receive creative visions — impressions that appear in my mind’s eye — guiding me to express them through art. When I paint, I feel the Angels beside me, inspiring each brushstroke. One of my first pieces, Divine Tree of Life, was created during such a profound flow of Angelic energy. To my surprise, it was later selected for display by The Saatchi Gallery in London. I am not a trained artist — I simply create what I am given, spiritually and Angelically. My work is spiritual art, energy art — born from the intention to help others connect with their own healing and spiritual awakening through creative expression.

Throughout my healing journey and years of energy work, I’ve often felt waves of light flowing through my crown chakra or gentle pulsations in my third eye. When this happens, I pause and listen with my heart, recognizing the presence of Universal energy. Sometimes these moments bring messages for someone receiving healing; other times, they are loving reminders from the Angels — invitations to rest, receive, and restore.

At times, this flow opens a sacred portal — a moment of divine inspiration or energetic download. This is when I am most guided to paint or write. In that sacred space, creativity becomes communion — a conversation between soul and Spirit — where art becomes a vessel for Divine love, and sharing that love with you becomes my purpose.

Alongside my work as an intuitive energy healer and spiritual artist, I am also a Therapeutic Art Life Coach. These practices beautifully align with my healing and creative work, allowing me to guide others in using art and meditation as tools for self-expression, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.

In addition to creating and sharing my Angel Art, I offer Energy Healing and Therapeutic Art Life Coaching sessions. These sessions weave together creativity, mindfulness, and spiritual energy to support your healing journey. Through art, meditation, and energy work, I guide others to reconnect with their inner peace, intuition, and Divine light.

Mindfulness For Children

I have also completed a course in Mindfulness for Children, which deepened my understanding of how gentle awareness, creativity, and presence can nurture emotional well-being from an early age.

These teachings beautifully align with my Angel Wings Art — each painting and creative session is infused with healing intention, Divine energy, and the invitation to connect with love, peace, and spiritual guidance.

My approach blends gentle mindfulness techniques with intuitive creativity, helping both adults and children reconnect with their inner calm, self-worth, and Divine light. Through painting, meditation, and mindful awareness, I offer a space where healing becomes creation — and creation becomes connection with the soul.
